Ukrainian President Volodímir Zelenski will address members of the Congress of Deputies this evening.
He is due to address Spanish politicians at 5pm, with a video link speech in the main hemicycle.
The President of the Congress, Meritxell Batet, will deliver a few words of welcome, after which the President of Ukraine will intervene. At the end of Zelenski’s intervention, the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, will take the floor and the President of the Lower House will close the act.
