The month of October has seen 9,385 unemployed in Torrevieja, 1.24 percent more than in September, which ended with 9,270 people out of work, according to official data.
The increase in unemployment has affected the service sector, which registered an increase of 112 more people unemployed. In the construction sector, unemployment fell by 1.11 percent.
