The regional Government of Valencia has been cleared of negligence over poor supplies of PPE equipment to frontline healthcare staff during the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic. The Superior Court in Valencia has overturned three rulings by lower courts brought by the Medical Union in Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia that had found in their favour.
