Yesterday, the Valencian Community took delivery of 1,271 treatments of Pfizer’s Paxlovid oral covid medication. The tablets have already been distributed to the main hospitals across the region.
The drug is designed to prevent mild coronavirus symptoms from escalating and will be administered on an outpatient basis.
