Villajoyosa Installs Anti-Gender Violence Signs

Villajoyosa has put up eight signs as part of a national campaign called ‘Municipalities Against Abuse’. The sign states that the town is ‘free of sexist violence’ and also has the ‘061’ national freephone number, used to report abuse. The signs have been installed on roundabouts and walkways and are aimed at raising awareness of domestic violence.
