A woman has died after the car she was in left the road and plunged into a canal in Dolores, landing on its roof. Two young women were in the vehicle travelling on the CV-855 when the accident happened. Both women were hurt, but one was trapped in the vehicle and had serious injuries. Firefighters and ambulance crews rushed to the scene. The trapped woman was rescued and given CPR after going into cardiac arrest but died at the scene.
